Self-collection (No shipping fee for self-collection)
1. Self-Pickup on your orders is available.
You can save the costs of delivery by picking up your order at our warehouse.
2. Please tick the “Self-Pickup” option during your check out process.
You will receive a message from us when your order is ready.
3. We encourage self-pickup by the Purchaser.
In the event, if the purchaser would like to authorize another person to collect on behalf, the following criteria must be met. Jakel Store reserves the rights to reject collection by the unauthorized person and/or if the following criteria is not fulfilled -:
• Purchaser need to provide the authorized person name (as per MYKAD) and IC number at the “order note” column.
• During collection, the authorized person needs to bring along the E-INVOICE and present MYKAD for verification to collect the product(s).
1. We will e-mail/call you to inform you the date and time of collection.
– Monday to Saturday
– 5.00pm to 7.00pm
– Jakel Warehouse & Distribution Center, Semenyih. (Guardhouse)
2. Your order will ONLY be available for pickup at Jakel Warehouse within the period stated
in your Invoice E-Mail Notification.
3. When picking up your order, please print out and present your invoice at the Counter.
4. We are unable to support a change of pickup location.
5. All uncollected orders more than 5 days will automatically be cancelled at the end of the
pickup period. Customer need to reschedule the pickup period by email at
email@example.com. There is No Refund for all uncollected order within a month.
